Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class.

For single classes/packages, cancellations made 12+ hours in advance: Your class credit will be returned to your account.

 

For unlimited packages/memberships, cancellations/no shows made 12+ hours in advance will result in no charged fee. 

Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows - Unfortunately, the class will be charged in full.

Packages
There is a limit of 2 no shows/late cancellations on our packages. Beyond 2 no shows/late cancellations will result in the student losing that class credit.

Memberships
There is a limit of 2 no shows/late cancellations for our memberships. Beyond 2 no shows/late cancellations will result in a charge fee of AED 100 per missed class.

This policy helps us honour our instructors’ time and gives fellow students a chance to take your spot. Thank you for your understanding and support.
